The Paracia gift card is sent by email and can be used on our website or at our store on Travesía del Conde Duque 8, in Madrid. There's nothing to ship: the email holds a code that you enter at checkout online, or show us at the till in the store.
If it's a gift, forward the email or pass the code on whenever you like. The balance can be used across more than one order, so there's no rush to spend it all on a single pair.
You'll find our opening hours and directions on our Retail Space page.
Gift cards can't be refunded or exchanged for cash.
If you'd like a different amount, write to us and we'll prepare one for you.
