Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from Spain. We ship with UPS, and a tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Spain: Free

European Union & United Kingdom:
· Free standard shipping on orders over €200
· Standard shipping €15 on orders under €200
· Express shipping available on all orders, calculated at checkout

Rest of the world:
· Express shipping: €20

Pricing, VAT & customs

· European Union: Final prices, displayed in euros, include VAT. Under European OSS rules the VAT rate is based on the customer's country, so prices may differ depending on your location. VAT is shown at checkout. Pricing reflects EUR retail pricing.

· United States: From 5 May 2026, all orders to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in a streamlined customs process and no additional fees on delivery. Pricing reflects USD retail pricing.

· United Kingdom: From 5 May 2026, orders to the United Kingdom include VAT and are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in a streamlined customs process and no additional fees on delivery. Pricing reflects GBP retail pricing.

· Other non-EU countries: All orders outside the EU, excluding the United Kingdom and United States, are tax-free. The price at checkout is shown without VAT; if your IP address is not located correctly, VAT is deducted once your delivery address is entered. Local customs or import taxes may be charged at the destination, and these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

We comply with all international import and export regulations. If you refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and for any duties, taxes and customs fees incurred on both the original and the return shipment. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
