Shipping policy

1. Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from Spain. We ship with UPS, and a tracking number is sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.


2. Shipping rates

All orders ship with UPS. Delivery times count from dispatch.

United Kingdom (3–5 days)
· Free over £180
· Under £180: £15
· Express (1–2 days): £20
· Duties and taxes included

· Under $250: $35
· Duties and taxes included

Australia & New Zealand, Express (3–5 days)
· Free over €200
· Under €200: €30
· Duties and taxes paid on delivery

Rest of the world, Express (3–5 days)
· Free over €200
· Under €200: €20
· Duties and taxes paid on delivery


3. Prices, taxes & customs

· European Union: Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price is the same in every EU country. VAT is shown at checkout.

· United Kingdom: Prices are shown in pounds and include UK VAT. Orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP): we pay all duties and taxes, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

· United States: Prices are shown in dollars and include all duties, taxes and tariffs. Orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

· Rest of the world, Australia & New Zealand: Prices are shown without Spanish VAT (21%). If the VAT-free price doesn't show straight away, it updates once you enter your delivery address. The free shipping threshold applies to the order total after VAT is removed. Local import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Refused deliveries: If you refuse a delivery, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any duties, taxes and customs fees for sending it out and back from your refund.
