Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday) from Spain. We ship with UPS, and tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has shipped. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Spain: Free

European Union & UK:
· Free Standard Shipping
· Express Shipping: available for all orders, calculated at checkout.

Rest of the World:
· Express Shipping: €15


Pricing, VAT & Customs:
EU Orders: The final prices, displayed in euros, include VAT.

International Non-EU Orders: Orders outside the EU are VAT-free. The price shown at checkout will exclude VAT. Local customs or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs & Import Charges:

1. EU Orders
Due to the European OSS rules, the VAT value is based on the customer's country tax, prices may differ depending on the customer location. VAT will be shown at checkout. Pricing reflects EUR retail pricing.

2. US Orders
From May 5, 2026, all orders to the United States will be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in a streamlined customs process and no additional fees upon delivery. Pricing reflects USD retail pricing.

3. UK Orders
From May 5, 2026, arders to the United Kingdom include VAT and will be sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). Taxes, duties and tariffs are included in the purchase price, resulting in a streamlined customs process and no additional fees upon delivery. Pricing reflects GBP retail pricing.

4. Non-EU Orders
All non-EU orders, excluding UK and US, are tax-free. Price at checkout is shown without VAT, if your IP address is not located correctly, the VAT will be deducted when your delivery address is entered. Local customs or import taxes can be charged at destination, these charges are at the responsibility of the customer.

We comply with all international import/export regulations. If you refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred (for both the original and return shipments). These charges will be deducted from your refund.

For orders outside the EU, all prices exclude VAT and customs duties, which may be applicable at the destination. Please check with your local customs office for more details.


Returns Policy:
You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
· Unused and in its original condition
· Returned with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact

Paracia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is refused, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

Important: Please try your shoes only on a clean, carpeted surface to check the fit. Because leather soles and uppers mark and crease immediately with wear, returns can only be accepted if the shoes remain completely unworn.

Paracia does not offer free returns (except for faulty or incorrectly priced items). The return cost is applied per item and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable:
· Spain: €10
· EU countries: €30
· Non-EU countries: €30 + administration costs

How to Return:
1. Email us at support@paracia.comwith the subject “Return” and your order number.
2. Wait for approval – we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Prepare your parcel – pack items in original condition. For non-EU returns, mark customs forms as “RETURN”.
4. Ship it using the assigned courier with the provided label.

Once the return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund your payment to the original method. Please allow 14 working days for processing.

Paracia is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.


Exchanges:
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Email us at support@paracia.com with the subject “Exchange” and your order number.

Handling Fees: within the European Union, we offer one free return for size exchanges.
For customers outside the EU, we ask for a €35 handling fee to help cover the higher shipping and customs costs.

Items must meet the same conditions as returns: unused, in original packaging, with all labels and tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and therefore not guaranteed. 


Claims:
Claims must be reported to support@paracia.com with photo evidence and original order number.
