Production Values

paracia shoes are made around Elche, Spain, in a region with more than a hundred years of shoemaking, where tanneries, last makers and sole makers are all within a few kilometres. Most of our materials come from here or elsewhere in Europe, and we work with a small number of local suppliers and visit them throughout the season, from the first sample to final production.

We want to make shoes with as little impact as possible, and that starts with the design: durable construction and materials, and shoes that can be repaired rather than replaced. We produce in small runs and try to keep waste low at every step.
