Returns

You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
· Unused and in its original condition
· Returned with all original packaging, labels and tags intact

Paracia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If your return is refused, it will be sent back to you at your expense and no refund will be issued.

Important: please try your shoes only on a clean, carpeted surface to check the fit. Because leather soles and uppers mark and crease immediately with wear, returns can only be accepted if the shoes remain completely unworn.

Return costs

Paracia does not offer free returns, except for faulty or incorrectly priced items. The return cost is applied per item and is deducted from your refund. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

· Spain: €10
· EU countries: €30
· Non-EU countries: €30 plus administration costs

How to return:
1. Email support@paracia.com with the subject "Return" and your order number.
2. Wait for approval — we will send you a return label and instructions.
3. Prepare your parcel, packing items in their original condition. For non-EU returns, mark customs forms as "RETURN".
4. Ship it using the assigned courier with the provided label.

Once the return is processed at our warehouse, we will refund your payment to the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for processing.

Paracia is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order. Email support@paracia.com with the subject "Exchange" and your order number.

Handling fees:
· EU customers: one free return for size or model exchanges.
· Non-EU customers: a €20 handling fee applies, to help cover international shipping and customs costs.

Items must meet the same conditions as returns: unused, in original packaging, with all labels and tags intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and are therefore not guaranteed.

Right of withdrawal (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You can submit a withdrawal request using our withdrawal form.

Claims

Claims must be reported to support@paracia.com with your original order number. Please attach photos showing the complete shoes, the original packaging, and the completely unworn outsoles. Used or worn items are not eligible for claims.
