Take your usual leather shoe size. If you only know your sneaker size, you may want to go one size down, as leather shoes usually fit larger.
This model fits true to size, with a slightly pointed, narrower toe and a slightly low instep. The laces let you adjust the fit over the instep, but if you have a higher instep, take the larger size.

MM is the inside length of the shoe. Measure your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe, then choose the size that leaves the room you like in front of your toes.
