DESCRIPTION

The D-Type 01V is a quiet, deliberate evolution of the original D-Type 01, retaining its experimental spirit while subtly refining its character. We replaced the traditional eyelets with D-rings, lending the silhouette a distinct industrial elegance. This modern form is completed by a low-profile Vibram outsole that softens the lines, translating its bold character into an effortless shoe for everyday wear.

The upper is crafted from C.F. Stead’s Regency Calf, a hand-waxed leather renowned for its natural pull-up effect, which develops a rich, unique patina over time. With every step, the leather transforms, becoming a subtle, evolving reflection of its wearer's unique journey.

Intentionally crafted by skilled artisans through traditional shoemaking methods at Factory Wan in China. We use the best quality materials and original production machines to create these shoes.

SIZE & FIT

Take your usual leather shoe size. If you only know your sneaker size, you may want to go one size down, as leather shoes usually fit larger.

Our fit is generous and true to EU whole sizes. The leather will soften and stretch in width over time. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one, as tight shoes will not lengthen, while a slightly roomier fit can be adjusted with an insole.

Our footwear comes in full European sizes and fit true to size.

MM is the inside length of the shoe. Measure your foot from heel to the tip of your longest toe, then choose the size that leaves the room you like in front of your toes.
